Order Processing Time

  • Original Paintings & Limited Edition Prints: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 - 10 business days after payment confirmation. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

  • Online Workshops & Mentoring Sessions: Upon purchase, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing access details or scheduling information.

  • In-Person Workshops: After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with event details. Additional information will be provided as the workshop date approaches.

Delivery Methods

  • Physical Products: Shipped via reputable carriers such as Fedex. Delivery times vary based on destination but generally range from 7 - 10 business days within the continental United States.

  • Digital Products & Services: Access details for online workshops and mentoring sessions are delivered via email. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are generally included, unless otherwise stated. We do not ship overseas.

International Orders

We currently ship physical products within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly to discuss potential arrangements.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of our products and services:

  • Original Artwork & Prints: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage.

  • Workshops & Mentoring Sessions: Cancellations made at least 6 weeks before the scheduled date may be eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks will have a $200 deposit fee.
